We want everybody to start their Stanza Fitness journey with our 21-day trial. It’s your chance to experience our approach to fitness and membership. Let us show you how we can train you in our group setting, you’ll get to know us and understand how we work before you make a longer commitment.
In your initial start up phase you will go through a full evaluation and a coaching session, this allows us to best place you into our training packages.

Our team of expert coaches are here to understand you, to support and guide you along your health and fitness journey with us. We will take the guess work out, understand your struggles and individualise our programme to your needs, wants and goals.
We’ll work with you to help you build habits that last and create a body you’re proud of. With expert coaching and a clear plan, we’ll keep you accountable, help you stay motivated, and on track—so you can see real, lasting results you’re proud of.
You will be a part of the Stanza Group Personal Training community, and you are in very capable hands. Upon joining you will go through an initial assessment to build the best package for you to make the most out of your journey with us.
It is simple to book into a session, we use MINDBODY app accessible through the app or google store. Set up a log in for yourself, search for Stanza Fitnes (favourite us to ensure booking is easier in the future) then check out or timetable. Pick a session and book the slot. You will get confirmation and an opportunity to add it to your calender so its easier to remember!
Each timeslot has an assigned coach, the coach will be able to individually taper the group training programme for each individual in the session. This way the coach is able to regress and progress everyone where necessary. The sessions are designed to cater for a 4 members to 1 coach ratio.
We pride ourselves on being client centred personal training facility. You are at the heart of everything we do. Our group training is designed to be able to coach anybody for anything.
The Stanza Fitness team are always on hand to ensure you have a great session from start to finish. We aim to do all we can outside of them too, within our personal training package we do monthly check-ins to keep members on track as well as possible. These check-ins can be nutritonally focused, goal focused, performance based or they can be used to take measurements.
We believe we can specifically cater for any individuals needs, the gym thrives on giving an experience that the user wants everytime. Whether new to the gym or an experienced gym user, our team are on hand to push all abilities forwards.
The Group Training timetable is available via mindbody app, to see all session availbility. We host sessions majority of the day.
The gym is open 6 days a week at varying hours: Weekdays - 06:00am - 20:00pm Saturday - 07:00am - 13:00pm
